I don't know if this commercial is really banned but I think it's a nice and funny commercial and they should show it on TV(ass should be censored for the sake of minors). Not only is it sexy because of Pamela Anderson but it is also a mind opener for people especially those who use animal skins for clothes. I'm not really against those people wearing crocodile skins as belts and shoes but to those who starve with this kind of business and to those brutal poachers who kill innocent animals and make dogs,chickens,crocs,.etc sacrifice to their last breath. I go along with Peta for this very important movement among animals, we should value every living thing in this world! Let Pamela Anderson do her job!

PAIN and ACHES

If you feel any pain on your body, what would you do?
*do some stretching
*have a spa massage
*take the easy pain killing tablets!

hmm. .if you answered tablets you better think again.
I'll tell you a story about how I end up lying awake all night this one time.
I go to the gym whenever I have time, usually 4-5 times a week just to have that well balanced exercise and good physic. A couple of days ago I thought of a plan that could help me workout some more so that I could gain more mass - and you know what idiotic plan I thought about?. . taking pain killing tablets while working out so that I won't feel the pain while doing lifts. NO pain means more lifts, more PAIN leads to exhaustion. So I did it, took the tablet after I started to feel my muscles ache then did some more exercise until I decided to stop. I've done it for only two times. After that - I noticed every time I lie down waiting for my body to go to sleep-mode I feel aches from all parts of my body. From my upper back down to my lower back to my legs and feet, it felt like my body was strangled by a professional martial artist.
Then I realized pain killers did this to my body.
That's why, we shouldn't take it if we don't really need it badly.
If you have muscle pains, do a good stretch.

After ten years of keeping this secret that she had butt augumentation, now she bravely talks about it at the open. Why? She said it was a good job before and it lifted her self confidence - With a nice behind and a sexy body who wouldn't?, but now. . The side effects of the said surgery is a living nightmare. Michael Jacksons Ghost!?

Is that ghost really Michael Jackson? Other people say it is only a persons shadow. For me, I don't think it's a shadow, if you look closely, the figure doesn't look flat on the fireplace at the end of the room, a shadow should be right? a shadow should also follow the figure of a wall and it should be distorted in some way especially if the person or thing has a huge distance from a wall.
Take a look at the figure. It looks like it is walking on the hallway not on the far end of the room, right?
I believe it is a ghost, and probably it is Michael Jackson.

I know everyone on earth watched this much awaited sequel of the hit movie Transformers, who would not, right?. . I mean this is the movie we all waited for. . not just because of the mind blowing effects of the robots and the breath taking stunts of the actors but also. . . who could ever regret watching Megan Fox in action. .
I watched "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" on it's premiere night here in our city and man it was jammed packed! The audience line was so long they have to move time schedules just to fit everyones urge to watch the film. There are 4 movie theaters in that mall and lo and behold Transformers was played nonstop on 4 cinemas. So what happened to the other movies that were shown on that very same week?? pfft! went down the drain.

LOS ANGELES (AFP) - – Michael Jackson died after suffering a cardiac arrest, officials confirmed, sending shockwaves around the entertainment world as stunned stars and fans mourned the loss of the tortured music icon known as the "King of Pop."

Los Angeles County Coroner's office spokesman Lieutenant Fred Corral told CNN that Jackson, 50, was pronounced dead at 2:26 pm (2126 GMT) local time, roughly two hours after paramedics were first called to the star's home.

"I can tell you at this time that we were notified by West Los Angeles Police Department detectives that Mr Jackson was transported... to the hospital, and upon admitting, he was unresponsive and was pronounced dead at approximately 2:26 this afternoon," Corral told CNN.

Corral said an autopsy would "most likely" be carried out on Friday but would not speculate on the exact cause of death.

"Everything is still ongoing. We will be responding to the hospital to move Mr Jackson to our facility where he will be examined to determine the cause of death," Corral said.

"As far as I'm aware, we were notified by LAPD detectives that Mr Jackson was brought in by paramedics to the hospital in full cardiac arrest and then he was later pronounced dead.

National and local television networks showed hundreds of media and onlookers gathered at UCLA Medical Center, while CNN showed police motorcycle riders surrounding Jackson's rented mansion as crowds of tourists and fans gathered, snapping photographs of the property's wrought iron gates.

Lana Brown, a 49-year-old tourist from Dallas, broke down in tears as she digested the news.

"Right today I can't believe we might have lost the best entertainer this world has ever seen," she told AFP.

CNN reported that several of Jackson's siblings had gathered at the hospital.

Jackson's death came as the singer prepared to make a keenly anticipated concert comeback in London, his first series of shows in more than a decade and the first since his 2005 acquittal on child molestation charges.

However those concerts -- billed as the "final curtain" -- were thrown into doubt after Jackson pushed back the opening dates last month.

Organizers of the concerts at the time stressed the delay was not linked to Jackson's health. When asked about Jackson's physical condition, Randy Phillips of concert backers AEG Live said: "I would trade my body for his tomorrow. He's in fantastic shape."

While Jackson reigned as the "King of Pop" in the 1980s, his once-stellar career was overshadowed by his colorful public behavior, his startling physical transformation and multiple allegations of child abuse.

Jackson lived as a virtual recluse following his 2005 acquittal on charges including child molestation and plotting to kidnap his young accuser.

Despite his acquittal, the trial was a body blow from which the pop music superstar struggled to recover.

Four years later, Jackson was still worshipped by fans for revolutionizing music, dance and music videos at the peak of his success.

The attention however paid to him in recent years was less flattering, focusing on apparent cosmetic surgery -- which he denies -- his baby dangling antics and a decade of swirling child abuse allegations.

Born on August 29, 1958, Jackson made his show business debut with four of his older brothers in the Jackson Five pop group, and went on to lead the stage clan with a piping soprano and dazzling dance moves.

By 1969, the group had signed a contract with Motown Records, becoming one of the last great acts to emerge from the legendary label.

The Jacksons produced seven platinum singles for Motown, selling over a million, and three multi-platinum albums, selling more than two million. They moved to CBS's Epic Records in 1976.

Despite the early success, Jackson was to recall those years as unhappy and lonely ones. Eventually the family act broke up, as Jackson went solo.

In 1979, Quincy Jones produced Jackson's first solo album for Epic, "Off the Wall," a huge disco-oriented success that sold 10 million copies.

They teamed up again in 1982 for what would be Jackson's breakthrough album as a composer and co-producer, "Thriller," which became the top-selling album of all time, with sales exceeding 41 million.

Jones reacted with shock after being informed of Jackson's death Thursday.

"I'm absolutely devastated at this news," he said. "I just don't have the words. Divinity brought our souls together and allowed us to do what we could do through the '80s," Jones said.

"To this day that music is played in every corner of the world, and the reason is because he had it all -- talent, grace, and professionalism. I've lost my little brother today and part of my soul has gone with him."

For two days I have been suffering from this dreadful flu. I don't know if this is the infamous plague, "A(H1N1)". I hope not though. Well for all the birds who are wondering about this virus . . I searched over the net some possible symptoms that we should be aware of. .

The "Go Girl"

Have you heard about this equipment called "go girl"? For those who haven't, it's a funnel like device used by women to pee while standing up. Sounds amazing right? well, pretty disgusting too. They say it will be an easy device so that women could pee whenever and wherever she wants. In addition, dirty toilets won't be a problem with "Go Girl" just slip it on and stand while you pee.
This idea obviously came from mans' capabilities for urination. And, do so agree that it's easier to pee standing up, But is it weird for a woman to bring along a urinary funnel everywhere she goes?

Guards and attendants on establishment entrances who checks bags for security purposes would be disgusted to check a woman's purse discovering his/her fingers in a used urinary funnel. Disgusting right?

Hello everyone! I got this information in yahoo news that Luanda, capital of Angola has a quick lunch that amounts to about $58! Can you believe that?? It is said to be the most expensive quick lunch in the world. For 58 dollars you could get 12 meals in Mcdonalds! In the Philippines you could get 45 meals of burger,fries and coke! that's totally jaw dropping. . Maybe Luanda has the most nutritious, scrumptious and satisfying quick lunch in the world. .

This is an Angolan Composto! I don't know how this dish cost. But if their food looks like this hmmmm... I don't want to have a closed idea though, but hmm..yeah, I don't want to talk about it. .

Jonas Brothers new song isn't the best worm

It's actually the same day. . and I just said to my previous post that I won't be writing yet cause of the lag in my head. But surprisingly I come up of something to talk about. Have you seen the Jonas Brothers new music video? yeah kinda weird right?.. I actually don't like it, and so is the music by the way. It's not that I am not a fan of this band but the music just didn't click for me. I found it flat from beginning to end. The music video however was thought of right for the song, but it still didn't make me wanna sit down on my comfy nest. I flew to get some water so that I wouldn't have to watch the whole thing. I am really sorry for this Jobro, It's just the Bluebirds opinion - as if my opinion matters to you right. So yeah, that is what's under my wing for everyone today. .

First Look Out

Hello there, I hope everybody's having a flapy day!
I'm actually out of words today because I just finished making this nest and my head's all around the editing process. I am truly sorry for that. . but, in a couple of days I'm sure I'll be starting to scratch thoughts already. For just a quick "know about" this is not a blog about birds, let's be clear with that. .
